Questions about an official Boulder County docket, ROA, filed paper, court date, certification, or sealed record must go to the court that holds the case. Boulder County Court Docket is a private reference resource and cannot answer for the clerk. The routes below identify the Boulder County Combined Court Records/Research desk and the state request form used for District Court and County Court files. Municipal cases remain with the issuing city's clerk.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Send each Boulder County request to the source that controls the record:

  • A scheduled hearing: use the free Boulder-filtered Docket Search, then confirm changes with the division
  • An ROA or filed document: submit the official Record/Document Request Form or contact Records/Research
  • Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
  • A transcript or audio record: use the district transcript channel rather than requesting a clerk-filed pleading
  • A municipal case: contact the Boulder, Longmont, Lafayette, Erie, or Louisville municipal clerk named on the citation
