These conditions govern use of this website. By viewing a page, submitting a search, or using the material provided here, you agree to the terms that follow. If you do not agree, stop using the website.

NO FCRA USE. This privately owned website is not affiliated with a court or with any local, state, or federal government body. The website and its advertising partners do not offer services for credit checks, employment screening, insurance underwriting, tenant evaluation, or another purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Its purpose is to help users locate court docket and case-record resources for Boulder County and Colorado. It is neither a private investigation firm nor a consumer reporting agency.

1. What This Website Is

Boulder County Court Docket is an independently operated private reference site. It has no relationship with a government office or court. We cannot alter a court date, retrieve a docket from a court system, submit a filing, or maintain official Boulder County court records.

The website directs users to the offices and services that hold relevant records, including the Clerk of Court, Boulder County Combined Court, the District Court of the Twentieth Judicial District, County Court, municipal clerks, and the Colorado Judicial Branch Docket Search. Official state case-record access is governed by Chief Justice Directive 05-01 and the Colorado Supreme Court Chapter 38 rules. Boulder County administrative records may use the Colorado Open Records Act process, but judicial files must go to the court custodian. The site may also connect users with outside research tools.

2. Informational Use Only

All material is offered for general information. It describes how Boulder County dockets and case records commonly work, but it cannot replace an official docket, a court order, or advice from an attorney. Treat the content as a starting point and verify important details with the Clerk of Court, Boulder County Combined Court, the municipal clerk, or the specific trial court that maintains the case.
